"Beautiful hotel. Views across to Magnetic Island were lovely. The pool, which features in many photos, really was a great feature. Parking was easy, free and monitored. "This was overpriced and the room was ordinary with the shower in a deep bath inaccessible to me and many others. No bar or restaurant although one next door. The address is wrong, entrance is around the corner. Street sign still says holiday inn"

"This is my go-to hotel when I visit Townsville. Staff are always so lovely and helpful, rooms are always clean and everything works well, as well as location being very central. Will stay again and again!"
