"Die Zimmer sind sauber aber etwas zu klein. Die "Schränke" sind ohne Türen und schwarz in schwarz. Kleider muss man mit Taschenlampen suchen, da das Zimmerlicht nicht genügend ist. Die Lichtschalter sind vom Bett aus nicht erreichbar und sind zudem schwarz, wir hatten ein "Grünes" Zimmer. In der Dusche/Badewanne fehlen Handgriffe und eine Antirutscht-Matte. "The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. "
