"Travelled for 3 nights, 4 days, 2 sisters. Met with a wonderful welcome from the two owners. Very polite, friendly, showed us the places to go in the medina, actually took us there, made us feel safe. Even took us to the taxi area and helped us get a taxi. Room was clean, maintained daily, bed was comfortable. The riad was lovely, clean. I would highly recommend staying here, a beautiful riad and amazing owners. "Booked in advance for breakfast, but our flight got changed, so we missed that. Nice to know staff there to lock up this lovely Riad when you leave before light. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Lapiz Lazuli. It had charm and character, but most of all, Abdou and Matthieu made us feel very welcome. They were helpful, extremely accommodating, and friendly and gave us loads of tips and advice for getting around and sorted the transfer, meals, and trip out for us. The plunge pool and roof terrace were very much enjoyed, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was basic but enough, with the bathroom a little tired and run-down but I believe they were...

"Really nice Riad in a quiet area, large rooms, lovely staff, breakfast wasn't varied, not a problem for a very short stay, but by the 4th day..... It's easy to walk to the main part of town and there are plenty good restaurants nearby. "

"The Ibn Batouta was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast each morning was excellent, the rooftop pool and cafe was beautiful, and the rooms (although a bit small) were clean and quiet. The location of the hotel seemed perfect as it was walkable to the popular areas, sites, and Souks. We would recommend this hotel to all travellers."

"The gardens were magnificent. The main pool area was lovely. We didn’t eat at the restaurant however we did get some salads to take home, which were very tasty We enjoyed our stay very much. "Cet hebergement est un ecellent endroit pour celui qui souhaite se rendre et visiter la medina. Les hôtes son tres chaleureux, à notre écoute et au petits soins. Ne pas hesiter a leur demander le hammam ou des massages voir agrementer votre petit dejeuner deja tres copieux et delicieux. A condition de ne pas seperdre dans les ruelles quoique tres ludiques a faire, vous serez tres proches du centre, des souk. "

"I was met at the airport right on time. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated with local cultural items and the rooftop terrace is lovely, comfortable and gives a view of the market, mosque and other points of interest. I was accompanied to meet the driver when I left, which was a relief as there are lots of cars and taxis. Arranging dinner the night I arrived was a good choice and was good local food. Staff were helpful and friendly. I rarely tip, but I did this time."

"They took care of me. As a solo petite woman traveling alone - who happened to need a taxi at 4am to the airport. The Riad booked it for me and escorted me to the taxi. The staff was amazing and the Riad is close to everything. I walked to all tourist attractions I wanted to see."

"Amazing place, run by amazing people. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, and the riad itself is so beautiful and peaceful, a quiet and green place in the centre of busy Marrakech. The hospitality is simply incredible. The staff (Badr, Fatima Zahra, Yassine, Yassine, and all the others, including servers and cleaners) made us feel so welcome, and were just truly outstanding. This place has my highest recommendation."
