"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "

"Before coming here we were in a Riad in the Medina. The internet convinced me that was an authentic way to see Morroco. The Riad was full of cockroaches, one crawling on my daughter while she slept. We left the Riad. This hotel is a dream come true. Comfy bed, mini fridge, a tv, and cold air. The bed is great and the bathroom modern. The unlimited cappuccino machine and free cd juice was a nice touch."

"Check on construction before you book! Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering seriously undermined our stay. A riad is meant to be tranquil. They have a nice little interior garden with chriping birds where meals are served. We only had breakfast there the first day, because of the construction noise. "Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. "Lot of items for the daily breakfast buffet. Shopping/eating around this place. Kind of far away to walk from the taxi dropping areas. Flat areas, no steps. This hotels has a elevator. Rooms need more plug points and bright lights. Outside kind of dirty due to cats/dogs. We saw even locals cover their noses around this area. Although some one washed the roads one day, maybe need to do more often."
