It comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 270 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A shower room with a shower and toilet
- A 17 m² conservatory, air-conditioned and with a sofa

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×200)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board.
