A shower room with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Air conditioning, highly appreciated during hot weather.
Bed linen and one large towel per person are included.
No linen change is provided during the stay, regardless of length.
An additional linen set is available for €15.

The network and internet connection are weak.
NO WIFI, and mobile network coverage is also limited depending on the operator.

Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Even without in-person reception, we remain available for guests.
Assistance from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone calls only in case of emergency).
