The Modern House - Porto Frailis Bay

The house is located in Porto Frailis, a coastal hamlet of Arbatax, in a residential area under development, so noise from nearby construction sites is possible. 150 metres from the house, on the beach, there is a bar-restaurant that plays music in the evenings.

The house is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen with an island, a dining area, a relaxation area with a large sofa and TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a two-person Jacuzzi.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom with bunk beds, and one bathroom with a shower.
In the garden of the house, as shown in the photos, there is an outdoor swimming pool, which is 1.50 metres deep, and there is also a barbecue area.
Both the pool area and the exterior of the house are under video surveillance (solely for security reasons, with two cameras in the pool area, one camera in the external staircase area of the pedestrian entrance, and two cameras in the ramp and bedroom veranda area and garage entrance (not accessible to guests by car, only on foot).

Porto Frailis offers essential services such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, markets and a parapharmacy in the immediate vicinity, and is an excellent starting point for boat trips to discover the wonderful coves of the Baunei coast, such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriola, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine.
Just 15 km from Baunei, where you can enjoy beautiful off-road excursions.

Fantastic House, close to the Beach and restaurants

The house is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect, and several restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is also very spacious, and we spent many hours there. Several shops are within a short drive. The owner, Paolo, is very nice and helpful. A house that I can highly recommend to everyone.

A perfect spot for a family vacation

A beautiful property in a great location. The house is clean and modern and in a great location just a short walk to an amazing, crystal clear beach and several bars and restuarants. It's perfect for a family getaway away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns. Paulo was great and always willing to offer advice on some local delights. Grazie Paulo

Great house in excellent beach location

Everything was excellent about our stay from the moment we booked. The house is in a great location overlooking the sea, 5 minute walk down to the beach with infinity style pool to enjoy. Property is very well kept with loads of indoor & outdoor space to enjoy as a family. Paolo is a fantastic host making us feel really relaxed and welcome, nothing was too much trouble to help us with. Arbatax is a nice quiet town but has plenty of restaurants & bars to choose from within walking distance, and lots more about a 10 minute drive away in Tortolì where their family restaurant is also located. Would love to return again in the future

Einfach nur großartig - just amazing!

Haben hier eine wirklich fantastische Woche verbracht. Ein absolutes Traumhaus mit 3 SZ, traumhaft offener Hauptbereich mit Küche und mit tollem Meerblick. Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Alles sehr modern + stylisch eingerichtet + komplett klimatisiert. Küche gut ausgestattet + alles extrem sauber. Super gepflegter Gartenbereich + sauberer Pool. Großartiger + sympathischer Kontakt mit Eigentümer Paolo und Tochter Maia. Sehr zuverlässig, schnelle Rückmeldung & immer erreichbar per Tel oder WhatsApp und auch Sonderanfragen wurden extrem flexibel und toll gelöst. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken und sardinischen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt - einfach nur toll. Diese Woche in diesem Haus war unser persönliches Highlight und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. We spent a really fantastic week here. An absolutely dream house with 3 bedrooms, spacious and amazing open living room with terrace and amazing sea view. Kitchen was well equipped & everything extremely clean. Excellent style of the house and rooms - very modern, stylisch & fully air conditioned. Perfectly cared garden & very clean pool. Very sympathetic and just nice contact with owner Paolo and his daughter Mia. Very reliable, quick response and always available by phone or WhatsApp and also special requests were solved very flexible & perfectly. At our arrival fridge was filled with drinks & food specialties - just amazing. This week was our personal highlight. Grazie mille Paolo & Maia!!

Lovely holiday home

The house was lovely, clean and modern. Great communication from our hosts, Paolo and Maia. There is a fantastic view from the kitchen and we arrived to a sumptuous collection of food and drinks in the fridge. The pool has a lovely view of the sea and this provided a lovely burble of sea based noise whilst we relaxed outside in the pool which was the perfect temperature/depth. There are some nice bars and restaurants within a short walk. We felt so relaxed in this villa that we didn't go anywhere else for the entire week. So it was a really relaxing holiday. There was some building work going on next door but it was very quiet and not at all intrusive. The house was immaculate and I'd throughly recommend this as a relaxing holiday destination.

Fantastic funkis villa with sea view!

This funkis villa is really beautiful with HIGH standard and amazing sea and beach view. The pool is also clean, fresh and really nice. The terrace and balcony invites to late evenings with drinks over the pool view and sea horizon view. Restaurants and cocktail bar are only one minute down the road. A big thank you to the owner Paolo and his daughter Mia. They were very helpful when we had a couple of questions. We would really recommend this property!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unseren 3 jungen Erwachsenen Kindern in Sardinien. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Aussicht wunderbar, der Pool ist großzügig, zu Fuß ist man in etwa 3 Minuten am Strand. Auch die Lage ist sehr zentral, wir hatten ein Auto gemietet. Paolo der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit und vertrauenswürdig. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes modernes Haus wie aus einer Architekturzeitschrift

Ein wunderschönes modernes Haus wie aus einer Architekturzeitschrift - loftiger Wohn-/Essbereich, geräumiges Spa, Panoramafenster auf die Bucht, große Terasse, großer Pool. Alles tip topp sauber. In zwei Fussminuten ist man am Strand. Wir waren in der Hochsaison dort und freuten uns über die Klimaanlage.

Lovely home, lovely view, lovely hosts!

This house is a beautiful modern home with stunning views of the sea. The location is incredibly convenient and Paolo and his family are amazing and responsive hosts. One very happy surprise was how close it is to the beach - less than 100 steps and you're on a gorgeous beach with great swimming and terrific restaurants. The house has everything you will need for a happy and comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and trust that you will too!

Das Haus sowie das Gelände waren super super schön, sehr sauber und luxuriös eingerichtet. In live war es sogar noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Der Checkin sowie die Kommunikation mit Paolo liefen reibungslos ab. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, bekamen wir sofort Antwort, bzw. Hilfe. Paolo hatte uns sogar bei Ankunft den Kühlschrank gefüllt, sowie ein kleines Begrüßungspaket geschnürt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen! Grazie Paolo!
