"Dated hotel, very nice staff, parking is free but good luck getting a spot. The place was clean, room was roomy enough but in desperate need of updating. The bed was horrible -lumpy and it feels weary worn out.
Conveniently located to highway and many local attractions. All and all a decent hotel for people in a budget."

"I called previously to see how much my deposit would be. I was told $50 for the whole stay. When I got there they took $100. They only had one role of toilet paper for three people and three days. The mattresses were a little hard. But not a bad stay for us."

"Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. A water dispenser & ice machine are provided near the elevator. The gym is minimal and hot but worked for a short run on the treadmill. If you get a room that...

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work.
Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights.
Not a four star...

"Plenty of Parking, clean room and friendly and helpful staffs. I left my phone charger and cord in the room when I checked out. Called staff for help, Jesus in day shift was very helpful to look and check then called back the next day to tell me the process of his facility handling lost and found. Really appreciate his help. Jason was friendly helpful and welcoming when we checked in and checked out."

"The bed was fine. It was ok. But the main reason for staying there is that that when I toggled the Expedia website, my only request was for an early pickup to the Airport. Upon arriving, they said they couldn’t do it, even though there was a shuttle parked up front. But they said they could get a taxi in the morning no problem. Morning came. The guy couldn’t do it. Fortunately another guest let us drive back to the rent a car place at the airport."

"Booked a King Room several days in advance, but when I arrived at check-in, I was told none were available and was given a room with two Queen beds instead. The front desk employee was rude and acted like this was no big deal. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty and the towels didn’t appear clean. The hotel couldn’t honor my reservation and did nothing to make it right. Overall a very disappointing stay. I would think twice before booking this hotel."
