  • Welcome to a private pool villa near the beach and the city of Torrevieja! This house is perfect for active vacation as well as a comfortable relaxing time by the pool.

    The house has been carefully renovated in traditional Spanish style. It is located in a tranquil area situated about 700 meters from the beach and 400 meters to the city.

    Among many conveniences this house offers the following:

    - Short walking distance to beach and city activities.
    - Secluded plot sorrunded by a 2 meter wall for relaxation in privacy.
    - A beautiful large salt-water swimming pool (8X4 meters) with safety fence and gate.

Unser Aufenthalt war im gesamten sehr gut. Ein Tag hat die Klimaanlage und ein Tag die Küche den Dienst quittiert. Nach kurzer Info an unsere Keyholder/Betreuerin für unseren Aufenthalt wurde sofort agiert und Hilfe arrangiert. Das Haus befindet such auf einem Eckgrundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage wodurch man mit 4 bis 5 Personen problemlos den ganzen Tag am Haus/Pool verbringen kann und es an Platz nicht fehlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und vergleichsweise war Der Preis/Wochenmiete war absolut vertretbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful villa with fabulous outdoor space. Within walking distance for all amenities. About 10 mins to large supermarket and a further 5 mins to beach, bars and restaurants. Hans was a great host who was only a phonecall away and also offered to pick us up from airport. En-route to the villa he provided advice and recommendations regarding the local area. We had a lovely week at this beautiful villa and would love to return in the future.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay The Villa is very well equipped.Hans is the most amazing host, so helpful and on hand if you need him.Hans picked us up from the airport which was so handy. Great stay

We stayed in Hans’s house for a month and enjoyed every moment. The house is suitable for both short and long term stays. Hans is a very nice and responsive host. We have already decided to come back and we can recommend the house anytime.

Wonderful, Super Residence

Best holiday bungalow we have stayed in. Hans the owner the perfect host. The grounds are just great. Inside everything you would require and everything works. Even better if you have transport. Public transport poor but don't let that put you off.

Brilliant!

4 of us stayed here recently and we have absolutely zero complaints! House was beautiful, had everything we needed and everything you would have in your own home, the pool was amazing. Hans was also a wonderful host who took us to the airport after our stay for a very fair price. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk from the sea front, only slight issue was getting a taxi, they’re very unreliable. But overall the stay was excellent and I would highly recommend.
