This modern top floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space to accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, while the second bedroom has a further double bed. Just outside the door is another bathroom, also with a shower and underfloor heating. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed.


The bedrooms and living room also have air conditioning and heat pump to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.


The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), and the cosy living room is equipped with a dining table and sitting area. Upstairs, there is a large solarium, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying al fresco dining. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided, and 20KW/day of electricity consumption is included (any excess is charged separately). Wifi and underground parking included.

The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing.
