"The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. "It was a perfect stay. Location is very close to Central which is very convenient. There’s even a tram station closer than a metro station. And it’s very quiet at night. Don’t even have that fan sound or some sort of machine operation sound at night. I don’t even need to put on my earbuds as I usually do when travelling. "The hotel is in a great location. However our deluxe room was tiny. There is no room to open up luggage nor any space for a luggage rack. The bathroom was tiny and the sink barely has room to put down toiletries. Smaller than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. The food in the bar was awful. Not what one would expect from Italy. Wish I could take back that light meal we ate there and go elsewhere. There is also no parking. Had to self park a few blocks away. I don’t really recommend."
