"The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. "The room was cold,bed hard skimpy blanket.....flights of stairs no elevator but the the staff very friendly...I would not stay again,it was an emergency I paid two nights but stayed one and did not ask for a refund checking out promptly at 1130 am"

I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."
