Spring Creek Views - Torquay

Our cheerful light filled home is full of character and wonderful views of Torquay Oval, Spring Creek Reserve and far glimpses of the ocean. It`s located centrally so you can leave the car behind and walk to the beach, golf course, cafes and shops as well as a lovely little park accessed directly from the back garden. The home would suit a family, perhaps with grandparents as there is a seperate little annex under the house!


Filled with charm the home has a sense of being a loved beach house. There is a large entertaining deck for those summer days. There are books games for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is hassle free!

The house is pet friendly with a fully enclosed back garden but we ask that dogs are strictly not allowed on any furniture and that all mess is checked and cleaned up.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
Strictly no parties of any kind. Please be respectful of our neighbours after 9pm. No loud music.
No schoolies/bucks/hens.
