***SLEEPING IN STYLE BY THE SEA***Luxury Beachfront apartment

Situated on the first floor of a Regency Crescent , this beautiful, elegant and spacious apartment is sprawling with space and character. Each room boasts 12 foot ceilings and a huge sense of space and peace. There are 2 bedrooms, the main one with large mirrored built in wardrobes and wooden window shutters.
The lounge is adjacent, had huge floor to ceiling sash windows and again shutters and overlooks the pool, unfortunately just for hotel guests, terraced bar, tennis courts and beach, plenty to noise on from here.
The second bedroom is small but you wake up to the sea. The apartment is HUGE so guests who have chosen to have the place to themselves will be spoilt with choice.
The sprawling lounge is a comfortable haven with plenty of room to sit and mingle , entertain or relax. It has a huge sofa bed too.
I will always be on hand to assist. We are just a phone call away. And happy to help with any concerns or problems you may come across
The apartment is a stones throw from the trendy Wellswood Village , the most acclaimed and beautiful part of Torquay , famous for its grand houses and historical buildings. The village has great vibes , with bustling local pubs , eateries and delis, enough to keep guests entertained for a whole weekend.
It’s a short stroll to either one of our beautiful, local beaches. Ansteys Cove and Meadfoot are both breathtaking. And the fascinating and famous Kents Cavern with its prehistoric caves is en route, just 500 yards away.
The cosmopolitan harbourside and Marina is about 1.5 miles away and an easy downhill walk. Bus is a better option coming home though with very regular services dropping you within 200 yards of the front door.
Paignton is just a 5 mile distance and the quaint Brixham harbour just 8km ❤
There’s plenty of on street , free parking at the property is allocated its own space for one car at the rear of the property. Car handy but not essential as the area has tonnes of amenities and everywhere is walkable.

Lovely Location, Older Building

Oddly configured second bedroom - only separated from main sitting area by a row of closets with no wall to the ceiling; loud pipes during the night in expansive main bedroom; wind howls through windows during storms; seaview was blocked by scaffolding; no dryer as advertised, only a rack; functional but could use updated furniture; lovely walks to the beach, a bit of a hike to town where there are several good restaurants. Main strand road was torn up during our stay, causing GPS confusion.

Beautiful area and property. Walking distance to town centre. Meadfoot Beach on your doorstep with other beautiful walks close by. Property is very well appointed with everything you could need. Loved our stay tgere ❤️

We had a lovely weekend at the property. Great views and access to the beach. Apartment was lovely with amazingly high ceilings. Our daughter especially loved their small room with a view!

Excellent location for a relaxing holiday.

Loved the setting overlooking Meadfoot Bay and a 15 minute (hilly at times) walk to the harbour. The apartment was very comfy with a well equipped kitchen and amazing views. Communication with Lucinda was excellent including the very swift return,at her expense, of two coats I had accidentally left behind. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday home.

Meadfoot Magic

We stayed 3 nights - I would happily stay much longer next time. The apartment is beautiful and bright and the views are spectacular. Lucinda was amazingly helpful and at the end of the phone if you need her. The area is gorgeous and I fell in love with Wellswood completely. I highly recommend the apartment, the flat and Lucinda :)

Views and tranquility.

This property exceeded our expectations in terms of superb views, spaciousness of accommodation and convenience of location. We had absolutely everything we needed including the prompt attention of the owner, Lucinda. We hope to return here next year.

The property is located on the sea front with fantastic views. The property was clean and well equipped,. Its a short walk to the harbour down hill all the way. But worth the cab fare back unless you are feeling particularly fit. We had a great stay and the overall experience was good.
