A major reno completed Oct 2019, with New kitchen, wood floors, new couches, new Smart TV's.
Short walk to beach and 3 min drive to main shops. Absolutely luxurious home, 4 bedrooms, 2 separate living rooms both with Smart TVs, one bedroom TV), 2 bathrooms, magnificent new kitchen with stone bench top, 8 seat dining setting. Sleeps 9 people. (1 queen, double beds in bedroom 2 and 3, 1 double bed and one single in 4th bedroom. 3 x Inverter Air Conditioners (heating and cooling), large selection of DVD’s, Garage with remote doors and direct access to the house. Gas Log Fire , Go ahead and indulge yourself. 3 separate outdoor sitting areas, BBQ, 8 seater outdoor setting plus 2 seater cafe setting, 2 outdoor lounges and hot/cold outdoor shower. 2 min walk to public tennis courts/playground

Local Attractions

Torquay is famous for its surf beach, but also has an expansive protected front beach which is ideal for families. The grassed foreshore reserve has picnic/BBQ facilities and shady trees.
Torquay has many attractions beyond the beach, including Surfworld Museum, Tigermoth World, local wineries and of course, it is the gateway to The Great Ocean

Linen & Schoolies

Linen is not supplied. You will need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Doonas and covers are provided. 1 queen bed, 3 double beds and 1 single bed. Check local linen hire, such as geelongsurfcoastlaundry.com.au or thelaundrylady.com.au

Not suitable for Pets, unless by special arrangement.

Sorry -- No Schoolies.

For TV reception make sure the aerial booster is switched on - it is in the power point in the main bedroom behind the TV. Sometimes its turned off.

Fabulous home away from home.

The house was even nicer in person than the photos. Spacious and private, it was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy time together or find a quiet spot alone. Lovely outside areas as well as 2 living areas ensured there was plenty of room for everyone. The only draw back was we didn't notice the No Linen notice in the description but a quick trip to Woolworths fixed that. Highly recommend this periphery.

Very happy with our stay. We were comfortable & warm with all the facilities we could need. (Maybe a hair dryer would have been good). Overall, can’t complain. The location was fabulous, we were central to everything we needed.

4 gentlemen in their 70’s were in Torquay for a sporting event, this property was ideal bedrooms very spacious as was the house and super quiet….. pizza delivery found us without an issue

We spent a week in January at the property and could not have been happier. Perfect position, so much room, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful outlook. Perfect for entertaining or family fun. Awesome sound surround entertainment room for teens while aduts can enjoy their own space in second living room. Huge garage. Spacious, clean and new kitchen with all the appliances you need. This is a home away from home and we would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

The home was very tidy, comfortable & mostly clean. The oven was the only thing that needed a thorough clean but everything else was perfect. The home was spacious, had board games for the kids, wifi for the teens & smart tvs were so useful to log into the streaming apps ie Netflix, Stan etc.
