Downstairs features three bedrooms (one with ensuite), a shared bathroom, laundry and living space. Upstairs you'll find an open plan living and dining space, office, bathroom and outdoor balcony - perfect for those warm nights.

The Space:
Centrally located on Riverside Drive, Torquay this townhouse is conveniently a short walk away from all Torquay has to offer. Stay here and you'll have Whites Beach, Torquay Beach and the Esplanade right on your doorstep.

Walk into this townhouse and you’ll fall in love with the modern furnishings and coastal vibe. On the first floor you’ll find three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bedroom with Bunk Queen bed, housing eight guests. The main bedroom has an ensuite whilst a shared bathroom can be enjoyed by other guests. A laundry with washing machine, fully-fenced backyard with clothesline and living space are also located on the first floor.

Once you’ve settled in, walk upstairs to find a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Boasting new, modern appliances and large flat-screen TV this townhouse has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Sit back and relax indoors or enjoy a BBQ on the balcony with views over Torquay and the Surf Coast.

For those working remotely, this townhouse has a dedicated office space making it the perfect place for students and workers alike.

Please note this property has no garage access. There is also one flight of stairs at this property with no lift.

Torquay, the first stop of the Great Ocean Road has something for everyone. Centrally located, this townhouse is in 'Old Torquay' giving you access to the beach, restaurants and cafes in minutes. Explore Whites Beach and Torquay Beach by foot or head down to the Esplanade for a bite to eat or drink.

Off street parking is available in the driveway or there is ample free on-street parking just outside the property. Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance.

This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next

We made a last minute booking at Coastal Elegance. Communication, flexibility and check in was outstanding. The location is great, a short walk to the beach, Main Street and outlet shopping. The house has an excellent layout. Living and entertaining upstairs with a functional balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening meal. Bedrooms downstairs with a separate lounge area the kids enjoyed. Ample bathrooms on both levels. All amenities you need are provided. I could see myself staying again but next time for a longer stay.

Host were amazing as we were able to organise a stay here under a very short notice and was not disappointed. All the facilities were very clean facilities and had neat presentation, outdoor BBQ area was spacious. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, and I look forward to staying here again with my family. Thank you.
