Beach house on a golf course

A comfortable double storey four bedroom family home suited to house up to two families, dog friendly, large solar heated pool with spa, backing onto the Sands Gold Course and walking distance to Whites beach.

A pool table, ping pong table, full size powered air hockey table, kids trampoline, foxtel both upstairs and downstairs and pac man desk ensures all your entertainment needs are catered for!

⭐️ Wifi is also included.

15 minutes walk to Whites beach.
7 Minute drive to central Torquay
3 minutes to North Torquay Woolworths, bakers delight, cafes, restaurants, chemist, doctor and petrol station

Please enquire with your host to confirm numbers of guests before booking. Additional adults or children can be accommodated but MUST be approved by your host prior to arrival.

Linen and towels included and housecleaning included weekly at additional cost $150.

Damage and incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Children allowed, families preferred

No events or parties or loud music after 9pm, breaches to this house rule will ask the guests to leave on the day

No smoking on the property

Children MUST be supervised while in the pool area 100% of the time



Cleaning practices:
Cleaned with disinfectant

All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC

Cleaning can be arranged at a fee of $150 for each visit. A general clean includes floors, bathrooms, rubbish. It does not include cleaning of towels and sheets. Additional/spare sheets are supplied for each bedroom.

Pets are welcome to the property however the Sands Golf course does not allow dogs onto the Gold Course in any circumstances. The back yard is secure for most dogs. It is preferred that dogs that bark do not get left unattended on the property to reduce the noise to neighbours.

Animals are not allowed on beds or couches.

24 hours prior to checkin a photo of your drivers licence or passport must be messages through to your host via the VRBO app.

Great house and relaxing stay

My family of three (myself, my wife, and our 10-year-old son) recently stayed in this rental house over Easter, and we had an absolutely fantastic time! The house was perfect for our needs, with a quiet location that offered stunning views of the nearby golf course and easy access to the ocean beach. We were impressed by the house's amenities, including the spa, heated swimming pool, pool table, and multiple TVs and game consoles, which provided plenty of entertainment options for our family. The owners of the rental house were wonderful to work with and made the rental experience hassle-free. We appreciated their prompt communication and their willingness to accommodate our needs. Overall, we would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home in a beautiful location. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us!

We had an excellent stay!

Absolutely loved our time at the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful, spacious home. Not only having multiple large bedrooms to fit large families, the addition of the games / entertainment rooms both upstairs and downstairs. The large swimming pool & spa was fantastic. Check in was simple! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. 100% recommend.

Stunning Property, Location and lovely hosts!

We stayed at this amazing property for 4 nights during January. Everything about this place was perfect, the size of the space, the amenities, the location and even more so, the hosts. Taryn was so very hospitable and answered all our questions and requests to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will absolutely be back!

Family Christmas get away

This beautiful modern holiday house was perfect for my family to get together to spend Christmas together. Comfortably accommodated for 6 adults and 4 children with loads of entertainment not only for the kids but for the adults too! The communication with the owner was a pleasant and positive experience and we will definitely be back to stay again. Highly rate!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
