WATERFRONT & BEACH ACCESS – This is what a Toogoom holiday is all about! HiTide enjoys a wonderful waterfront position with beautiful uninterrupted views across the water. Step out into the backyard and you're just moments from the sandy shores of Toogoom Beach – perfect for morning beach walks, exploring the shoreline or simply sitting back and watching the tide roll in and out.

OUTDOOR LIVING – The fantastic undercover rear patio makes the most of HiTide's waterfront position. Comfortable outdoor lounges provide the perfect spot to relax and take in the view, while the outdoor dining area is ideal for leisurely breakfasts, family lunches or dinner in the sea breeze. A BBQ is also available, making relaxed holiday dining easy.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT – The spacious open-plan living area is filled with natural light and takes full advantage of the beautiful outlook towards the water. Comfortable lounges provide plenty of room for everyone to unwind, with a TV available for those lazy evenings at home.

The living area is air-conditioned and also features ceiling fans, keeping the home comfortable throughout the year.

KITCHEN & DINING – The bright, modern kitchen sits at the heart of the home and flows beautifully into the dining and living areas. A large breakfast bar with seating provides additional space for casual meals and conversation, while the generous dining table is perfect for bringing everyone together.

The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine and plenty of bench and preparation space.

Best of all, the open-plan design means you don't have to miss out on those beautiful water views while preparing meals.

BEDROOM 1 – MASTER – Light and comfortable with a queen-size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, the master bedroom provides a lovely place to retreat at the end of the day.

BEDROOM 2 – QUEEN – The second queen bedroom is another bright and welcoming space, complete with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. With a lovely outlook towards the water, waking up here is a beautiful reminder that you're on holiday by the sea.

BEDROOM 3 – KIDS' ROOM – Perfect for the younger members of the family, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with additional sleeping space below. Like the other bedrooms, it is air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

BATHROOMS – With two bathrooms, HiTide provides plenty of convenience for families and groups. The main bathroom features a spacious shower, vanity and toilet, while the additional bathroom facilities make getting everyone ready for the day that little bit easier.

DEDICATED WORKSPACE – Need to check a few emails or squeeze in some work while you're away? HiTide offers a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, giving you a comfortable place to set up the laptop without taking over the dining table.

LAUNDRY – A washing machine and laundry facilities are available for guest use, particularly handy for longer stays and those sandy days spent at the beach.

PARKING – A carport is available for guest vehicles. Please note that the single garage is not available for guest use.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels and beach towels are included for your comfort.

When you can bring yourself to leave your waterfront retreat, everything you need is within easy reach.

The Toogoom boat ramp and popular waterfront cafés are approximately a 15-minute walk or just a 2-minute drive away, making it easy to head out for breakfast, lunch or dinner by the water. For those last-minute essentials or an easy takeaway night, the local Toogoom convenience store and takeaway are approximately a 3-minute drive away.

While HiTide offers the peace and relaxed atmosphere of a seaside village, Hervey Bay is only a 15-minute drive from Toogoom, giving you easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, attractions and everything the Fraser Coast's major coastal centre has to offer.

Spend a day exploring Hervey Bay's beautiful Esplanade, with its beachfront cafés and restaurants, parks, playgrounds, picnic areas and kilometres of coastal walking and cycling paths. Take a stroll along the iconic Urangan Pier, one of Australia's longest, or enjoy the calm waters of the Bay for swimming, boating, fishing and other water activities.

Hervey Bay is also the gateway to World Heritage-listed K'gari (formerly Fraser Island) and is internationally renowned for its incredible humpback whale encounters, with whales visiting the sheltered waters of the Bay during the annual migration season. For those wanting to venture even further, the Fraser Coast also provides access to Lady Elliot Island and the southern Great Barrier Reef.

• All-Inclusive Quote: Your single total price displayed at the time of booking automatically includes the baseline accommodation tariff, all mandatory cleaning or administrative charges, and any applicable refundable damage deposit.

• Refundable Damage Deposit: A $500.00 refundable security bond is built directly into the total upfront quoted price.
