"I stayed with a couple of friends as we prepared for the Sunny Dayz Mural Festival in downtown. This was such a good location for us with it being so close to the Main Street area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The space itself was very clean and tidy and worked well for us. The space could have used a few more amenities (extra linens, hairdryer) but I think this is an easy fix and the manager was easy to communicate with. Easy to access and get inside."

"The Fox Den was just perfect for our trip to Ponca City. The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen, new applances, washer and dryer are excellent, and the beds are super comfortable, I mean seriously they are great mattresses."

"This place was ok at first sight. But second day i have seen it wasn't deep cleaned. The fan in the bedroom was full of dust, the dishes in kitchen were still sticky, like not cleaned properly, no dryer sheets, the dryer had a wet towl in it. The bathroom was not very clean in my opinion but ok. The coffee offered was low quality. I was looking for coffee filters for the other coffee maker, none found. The tv didn't work at times.
