"Always wanted to rent a house in a bay community. We brought a boat and family for the week. We lucked into a few warm days. We enjoyed the sheltered harbor (Sandpiper Bay), the birds and architecture. We enjoyed the proximity to Island Beach State Park. We really like the beach at Green Island point. It was a great and relaxing stay. "
