Expedia notes this as a 3.5 stars - I believe that represents the hotel amenity level. In reality, it is a 2 star hotel at best. "Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. "I was given the wrong room, the pictures advertising a lobby that doesn't exist. The area is suspicious, I'm surprised my car wasn't broken into. I think I got bit by bed bugs. Wifi was terrible. Everything listed as "included" was actually an extra fee."
