"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"The room was boiling hot, the sheets and entirety of the room were dirty, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I came back to the building around 10:30 at night and had gotten locked out of the building and with no proper explanation I was told that I couldn’t come back in to at least get my things until check out time in the morning. When I called, the staff member on the phone had accused me of sneaking people in when I was barely ever even in the room, I only used it to store my things...

"Personally, I didn't like it from the beginning when they told me that the pool was closed; I couldn't find out why since the pool is indoors. In my room, there was no soap, no shampoo, and the shower door, when you open it, doesn't have a way to separate, and it's made of glass. It's a little scary that if you open it hard, it might break."
