"This is a really cute, cozy house just a few steps away from the beach and just a couple of miles away from shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked, and it has a nice patio area outside. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The one thing I would point out is there is no fence if you have dogs, and it's right next to other houses, but you can block off the patio area with a dog fence, which is what we did."

"The house we rented in Olivia Beach was incredibly accommodating, even for our pets. The home was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made our stay truly a pleasure. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and clearly put a lot of care into the property, which made us feel right at home."

"I will definitely book this home again. We loved that the home was clean, in a great location and did NOT smell like pets at all. Everything in the home worked well. It was within short walking distance to a brewery/restaurant and a small shop for beach treats. The backyard was properly fenced for our pups, so that was a great piece of mind too. My pups rested easy too (photo for reference)."

"Enjoyed our stay here. There were some issues but nothing that impacted us unduly. (Ripped couch cushion with the stuffing coming out - maybe from a previous guest's dog, as we had no animals; broken blinds with tooth marks, ditto the dog; the bedroom window screen was bent enough to let insects in.) The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. "Loved the little house. Great location to Nye Beach shopping, dog park and actual beach. House well equiped and very clean. Would love to see a small fenced area for the dog. Also some storage for clothing in spare bedroom. Overall we would give it a9 star review and will definitely be back. "

"This house was the perfect place to meet and get away from our every day lives. The house is charming, well equipped with everything and in a great location. We walked to the beach, shopped Black Friday sales at the Outlets, ate at local restaurants, when we didn’t want to cook, and had the most amazing time reconnecting with one another. The kitchen was perfect for preparing a holiday feast! We brought our own games but the house is stocked with plenty. This is the perfect Oregon coast getaway!...
