This is a new renovation villa,in Shinjuku area. Nishi Waseda Station is 4-minute walk away. Is a rare beautiful villa..Our villa is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we would definitely recommend our listings to travellers who want to get away from the noisy city life to get a good break time. It also has good modes of transportation to go to the famous sightseeing place.If you are looking for a central location to use as a starting point to explore the city this is the place for you.

The villa has 3 floors (4 bedrooms, 2 independent bathrooms and 2 toilet and1 kitchen ).

First floor has a traditional Japanese-style room . At night, you can experience Japanese traditional tatami. ( --Maximum 3 mattresses)

The second floor has with spacious room and kitchen ,you can chat with friends enjoying coffee and tea and foods. Clean and tidy kitchen, you can show cooking, take care of family or friends.

The Third floor has two rooms, Each room has a comfortable double bed.With every sunshine awaking you up in the morning, I believe you will like it! I hope you have the best memories here!

By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Great location, property and hist. 4 bedrooms, 2 showers on the first floor. Two toliets on the 1st and 2nd floor. We were a party of three couples and this property was great and near three metro stattions. Host helped us book our airport and Mount Fiji tours.

The entire house was clean and well-kept. We appreciated that there were enough bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms for the eight of us. Great neighborhood and close to shopping. Although we didn't cook much, the refrigerator and microwave were very handy and the kitchen table was large enough to play cards in the evening

Kaoru was so organized and responsive. He let my son stow his luggage early before we checked in since he was already in Japan. The property is in a quiet residential street but only a block from restaurants, stores and public transportation. The 2 toilets and 2 showers were awesome since there were 5 of us. Would definitely recommend it.

This property has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. There was a bit of confusion about the address but the property manager was super helpful. The pictures are completely accurate. i would recommend it and would stay there again.

Very Convenient Location.

Property was convenient to Larson’s, Family Mart, 7-11 and Don Quijote which made it very convenient with kids and big groups. McDonald’s was super close and train station. The kids found some ants in our room but the host was very responsive and took care of it right away. She was also helpful when we were trying to figure out how to ship our luggages. The kids loved the space and had a great time exploring the place. Would stay again.

Ideal family stay in Tokyo

Our family (of six, between 1 and 80 years old) had a fantastic stay here and can only recommend choosing this house for a family vacation or a stay with a larger group. The first important aspect for us was that the house is within walking distance of the Yamanote ring line (between Shin-Okubo and Takadanobaba). If you are happy to explore on foot, it is even possible to walk to Shinjuku (or even further). Secondly, we were looking for an accomodation that has enough space to host a whole family of three generations comfortably. This was one of the few offers that we could find that did not only have enough bedrooms/beds, but also (importantly) two separate toilets, two separate shower rooms (and even another spearate sink/mirror corner in the living room). For us it was a much better choice than booking three separate hotel rooms. The house has a somewhat narrower "space efficient" format than what some visitors from Europe or the US might be used to - but this is just what a standard house in central Tokyo looks like. More importantly, everything was clean, fully equipped, and we were surprised that there was even a baby cot and a baby seat. All in all - perfect for your family vacation in Tokyo, 100% recommendation.

Nice 3-story unit with 4 bedrooms

We had decided to rent a VRBO because we had 8 people in our family, including 2 toddlers. It was roomy enough with 3 levels, but the two stairwells were narrow and steep- dangerous for the two youngest. It would have been perfect for adults wanting to stay together and yet have their own room with the 4 bedrooms provided. The main level where the kitchen and dining room was, did not have a couch/sofa, nor room for small children to play and spread out. We were under the impression from the description that there were 4 bathrooms as well, but there was 1 shower stall/sink, and off to the side from the washroom was a separate room with a bath tub and side area for a sit down Asian shower/scrub

Nice place to stay in Tokyo but lack some amenites.

We expect that the host provide tea and coffee, sugar since all properties that we rented in the US provide them. Not convenient for the guest to buy those little things since we only stay couple nights.

Amazing location and amenities!

Beautiful kept property and very convenient location with access to Mount Fuji and other sites. Be prepared for pre-arranging transport from the local train station. Taxis were hard to come by.

Large spacious home

Really enjoyed my stay here with 5 friends! There were plenty of beds to split amongst us and we loved how large the dining/kitchen area was. Usually in Tokyo it is pretty difficult to find rooms with enough area to open even 1 piece of luggage but these rooms were able to fit more than 2 in each bedroom. There’s 2 toilets and 2 showers so we never had an issue even with a large group. Kaoru was also prompt when replying to our concern that there were not enough towels and gave us the option to check out late if we needed to. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place in Shinjuku Tokyo

This was perfect for our family of 6. It is not far from the station and you can easily walk to grocery stores, convenience store, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Shinjuku Tokyo Japan!
