WORST PLACE EVER

We walked to the apartment and the door was unlocked when we got there. When we walked inside the place had splatter marks all over the walls. The bedrooms looked completely bare except for a thin sheet like cover over the beds. It was the worst looking place I have ever seen. We were forced to stay at a hotel because this place was unacceptable. We reached out to the host to tell them we did not feel safe since the door had been unlocked. We never heard from them. We tried going through VRBO to get a refund. The listing agent was unresponsive. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's overpriced for basically a crap apartment. Oh and if you have more than 2 people, good luck carrying your bags up three flights of steep stairs.

Excellent central location close to Ebisu station.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families.

Satellite Hotel

The house is in a great location in the city of Ebisu. It's very close to the train station restaurants and local mini marts. I would suggest that no more than 4 people sleep there. It has two medium sized bedrooms and one sofa sleeper a good sized kitchen and a little dining room a big shower and bath. Nothing fancy but it is In a really really nice location I enjoyed where I stayed. If I decided to return to tokyo I would definitely rent again there.
