The property is in an excellent location - shops, restaurants, the old town, harbour and beach of Playa Chica are all within walking distance. The centre of the lively Puerto del Carmen, with a good choice of eateries and shops, is just a short drive away. Back at the villa, you'll have your own private pool and tastefully decorated interiors. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Calima is a semi-detached property set in a residential area just behind the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the villa. The resort centre is around a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find many shops, bars and restaurants as well as the sandy beach of Playa Grande. The delightful beach of Playa Chica is less than a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
