THE TOPES II, YOUR DREAM

It is located in the center of Puerto del Carmen, in the area of the sports center.
Although it gives two streets (Acatife Street and Cenobio Street) its main access is through Cenobio Street.
It is located just 40 meters from the first dive center, there are several around it including one on the same beach where you can also practice several aquatic modalities.
There is also a sports center just 60 meters away. Shopping centers 200 meters away, restaurants, bars, etc.

It is composed of two rooms, one with a double bed of 150cm. x 2 and the other room with 2 single beds.
It has a full bathroom, a living room, kitchen-dining room, a balcony with its table and very cozy chairs, and just entering a small garden.

Alles Tip Top! Sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Sofias Appartement. Es war sauber und im Bett haben wir super gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Es gibt kein Backofen! Wir sind Selbstversorger, kamen dennoch super klar! Wir kommen seit 7 Jahren auf die Insel und würden Sofias Fewo wieder buchen.

Los Topes

Ein nettes Apartment zu einem günstigen Preis. Dies vor allem durch die Lage. An beiden Seiten führt die Straße vorbei, das Schlafzimmer schaut genau auf die eine Straße, der Balkon genau auf die andere Seite. Leider sind derzeit unmittelbar gegenüber dem Apartment zwei Baustellen, und da ist von 8:00 bis 18:00 erheblicher Baulärm. Vom Vermieter gibt es dazu keine Hinweise. Wir waren doch sehr enttäuscht und würden nicht wieder buchen.

Amazing stay

We stayed at Sofia’s place for just over a week. The place was gorgeous, looks just like the pictures and was super clean! Check in was easy as well as check out. Location was perfect for us, about a 5 minute walk to the beaches and right beside the restaurants. At night since you are so close to the action it could be a bit noisy if you go to bed early but for us it was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and our little gift from Sofia and her husband. Overall this made for an amazing vaycay! Thank you.

Lovely apartment but location too noisy

The apartment is lovely and in great central location. We expected a certain amount of noise because of this, ie traffic, but the noise was horrendous. There are 2 building sites on either side of the apartment, and Monday-Friday the noise and constant deliveries to these sites begins very early in the morning at 6-6.30am. As well as this there’s a large rubbish skip and recycling bins right outside the front of the apartment (where bedroom is) where businesses are pouring large amounts of glass bottles into the recycling bin in the early hours of the morning which makes a horrendous noise, and then again, very early in the morning, the council arrive to remove skip etc and it is so so noisy - woke us up every single morning and night. I’ve never gone on holiday before and gone home more tired than I arrived!! Having said all that, the apartment is very nice, and in a great central location. Also, the owner is very nice. Once all the building work has finished, that will eliminate a lot of the noise. Maybe the noise wouldn’t be a problem for other people, but for us it was too much and really affected our sleep. One other minor point is that the safe wasn’t in use and I had to carry around passports, jewellery, cash etc all holiday in my bag, which was a real nuisance. On a final note, a spare key would be very useful too.

The apartment was in a great location to local aminites and the beach.

When we arrived the apartment was very clean & tidy and would defiantly stay again if I was revisiting the resort again. Great location.

Casa ben arredata spaziosa e funzionale. Posizione ottima. Proprietari ospitali e simpatici.

La posizione è ottima, non se ne trovano di meglio posizionate. La casa si trova vicinissima alla spiaggia principale di Puerto del Carmen (2 minuti a piedi) ed alla zona commerciale e dei locali. La casa è arredata con cura ed in modo funzionale. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. La cucina è nuova, il bagno spazioso e la terrazza è ottima per fare aperitivi serali all'aperto. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa. La seconda camera da letto è priva di finestre con 2 letti singoli accostati alle pareti. La casa è fornita di tutto: piatti, stoviglie, detersivi, bollitore, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, macchina per caffè (all'americana), appendiabiti, televisione LCD con collegamento satellitare (solo canali tedeschi ed inglesi e non italiani). I proprietari ci sono sembrati ospitali, simpatici e disponibili a fornire le indicazioni sulla zona e sulle attività disponibili. La casa è in posizione comoda anche per parcheggiare l'auto se ne prendete una a noleggio (consigliato). Nel complesso ottima sistemazione, ottimo prezzo, ottima posizione e vacanza molto bella nonostante un meteo non magnifico.

Fantastic apartment in fab location

Absolutely loved Sofia and Carlos apartment. It's quirky and modern interior is well thought out, fab beds and spotlessly clean. Great to have free WiFi and washing machine. Loved relaxing on the balcony watching the world go by and having the beach on our doorstep and all the amenities made this one of our favourite places to have stayed in in many years visiting pdc. Will definitely return and was very sad to leave. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 🕉🕉

ESTANCIA DE 10

El apartamento está fenomenal, está como en las fotos, pero además cuando entras lo notas acogedor. Sofía y Carlos lo tienen todo al detalle, super limpio y son muy agradables. Está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa y de zonas comerciales. El aparcamiento es sencillo, aunque a veces hay que aparcar a 1 minuto de la casa. Todo ha sido muy cómodo, tienes todo lo necesario para pasar unos días geniales. Carlos y Sofía son muy muy amables y no dudan en ayudarte para cualquier cosa. Me ha encantado la experiencia. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Lanzarote, intentaré quedarme en el mismo apartamento.
