Stunning apartment

This apartment is on a lovely clean, private complex. Stunning views over the ocean and the main strip. Plenty of space in the living area and a lovely little balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Super comfy beds. Plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen area. At the rear of the apartment is the pool with plenty of Sunbeds. Great little bar next door “Sunset Beach” - music quiz every night which was great fun, great food and super friendly efficient staff. We spent a lovely week here and would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you very much!

6 weeks in heaven !

This apartment is everything it says it is.Great location with the best view, comfortable & clean & well equipped apartment.We had 6 weeks this February & March & couldn’t have asked for a better location.It can be a little noisy at times from the bars below but not enough to spoil our trip or disturb our sleep.

Alles zur Zufriedenheit - gutes Value-for-Money Verhältnis

Nicht wirklich was zu meckern. Einzig die Lage direkt oberhalb der Bars sorgt für AC-Geräusche und abends einige „Unterhaltung“. In Summe passt es, da Blick aufs Meer und Wohnung für den Preis super.

Great Apartment

This is a great apartment, fantastic location, we loved it. The communication from Dean was really helpful, and the apartment itself had everything we needed, very spacious, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with it's amazing views, listening to the music from the bars below and watching the world go by. If there was anything that could be improved it would be the sunbeds by the pool. There were always plenty of them free but they were hard white plastic sunbeds with no cushions and were too uncomfortable to stay on for long. Would definitely recommend this apartment though and would definitely consider staying again.

Front line appnt in Puerto Del Carmen

Fantastic appt . All instructions from Dean , who manages the appnt , were clear and concise. The appnt exceeded our expectations, being immaculate , with beautiful linen on beds, comfy mattresses and a well equipped kitchen . We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the restaurants and bars nearby in the evening . The pool area was clean and comfortable too with great views of the beach and sea . We loved the shrubs in the communal gardens with the smell of jasmine filling the air in the evenings . We will definetly be returning .

Absolute must stay

This property is just a perfect home from home, all creature comforts like cable tv, snug blankets, WIFI etc. Really comfortable bed, all kitchen equipment you could possibly need, washing machine, iron... (good hairdryer too) Location is the top rating here... straight across from the beach! Beautiful big veranda to soak it all up on too! We'll absolutely be back. Cannot recommend here enough

King of the Hill (and Queen)

Great balcony - just the best. Only thing that is missing is a big red furry throne for me to sit on. Easy to find and check in - all instructions were good. I'm not a fan of QR codes (for checking in) but I did have my phone with me and downloaded an app for the purpose. Apartment had everything we needed and I am guessing someone before us must've broken the bread knife, as that was the only thing that was missing. Cooker was easy to use, fridge and freezer plenty big enough and chilled quickly. TV channels all there and the beds were comfortable. Plenty towels around and the shower was especially good (I can be fussy with a shower, but this one was great). Location is superb - we've stayed in tabaibas plenty of times, but first time in C10. We would use it again for sure. If you're not familiar, beach is across the one way road, 10 mins walk to the right (west) is shopping and old town and turn left (east) is the strip - for a good distance. Even though you are in the thick of it, everything quietens down around 11pm, so I wouldn't worry about that. We never used the pool - tempted, but prefer the sea these days. On past travels you would be lucky to see anyone around the pool, but we noticed folks using it this time around (February), so it must be plenty ok. Compound is secure enough and we've always felt pretty safe in tabaibas. We will probably return to use this apartment.......that's all I've got for you......now.....where did I leave that Crown?

Best stay ever

The Check-in instructions were emailed a few days before our arrival which made the process seamless. The apartment seemed too good to be true but lived up to our expectations and beyond. The location was a stones throw from the strip and beach, just perfect.

A great time was had

Perfect Great location literally right in the centre of the town , two minutes to the beautiful beach. Great bars and some outstanding restaurants. You can either eat and drink, cheap and cheerfully or dpend thst little bit more fir lovely neals out. Lots of places to walk to, would definitely recommend taking the water taxi from the old town to porta calero for a delicious breakfast overlooking the harbour. The old town is lovely to walk around at night lovely fish restaurants. Views are amazing sunsets to die for. Only one thing I would mention as I like yo be honest in.my reviews is that it can be quite noisy at night, but if you like being were the fun is a perfect spot. Stayed 20th November 2023 for 10 nights. Already looking to book again next year

Amazing Apartment

The apartment is just like the pictures. It has everything you need although we only found thevironing board on our last day. It was in a hidden cupboard 😆 . Location fantastic. Loved our time on the terrace watching the world go by and listening to the waves. If youcwant to stay in a comfortable apartment seconds from the beach and all the action then book this asap.

Great sea views and location

Lovely clean modern apartment with all required for a self catering holiday. Near new supermarket which was cheap and good quality food. Location ideal for bars and restaurants and beach just across the road. Nice pool but could do with more comfortable sunbeds. Always got a bed and pool was nice and quite most of the day. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
