Situated in the ideal location of the Fariones area of Puerto Del Carmen,our apartment offers an oasis of peace and tranquility and yet there is a direct access to the towns main Avenida,where you will find restaurants and bars which offer local and international cuisine.There is something for everyone.
The old town is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.This area is very popular for its local atmosphere.
The apartment has a south facing private balcony with views over the ocean and is a beautiful place to relax.
The complex in which the apartment is situated is small and well run.
The gardens are well tendered and the swimming pool is pristine and each apartment has its own sun loungers

Fantastic apartment!! Sea Views are magnificent and apartment is well equipped for u all ur needs..easy correspondence with Dean the host if u need him..would definitely recommend this apartment as restaurants and bars are right on ur doorstep..hopefully we can get booked again for next year!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Lage ist perfekt, die Stadt sowie das Meer sind direkt vor der Tür. Das Betreten des Wohnkomplexes wurde uns leider etwas erschwert durch die Weitergabe eines falschen Codes. Falls wir nochmal nach Lanzarote kommen werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Wonderful Stay

This was our 1st time staying in this apartment but we have stayed in the complex lots of times. The apartment was as described, a lovely modern clean one bedroom apartment.The balcony gets some sun from about 1pm to 3pm, it has a view of the sea.We had everything we needed in this apartment, some kind of pod coffee machine would be a bonus though!I woud definately stay here again, I come to these apartments alot and this apartment is now on my list.

Excellent apartment with great facilities including full tv package of sports/movies UK channels, bit of a steep walk to apartment from gate which you should be aware of if you have any mobility issues.Nice sea view from balcony, quiet in the evening despite being so close to main area and beach.Highly recommended.

Las Tabaibas Puerto del Carmen

This apartment is amazing, one of the best we have ever stayed at in PDC. The location of the apartment is so close to the sea front, bars and restaurants but despite this, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment has a King size bed, fully equipped modern kitchen and a nice light and airy living area. The balcony gets the sun all day long. We enjoyed our stay here and already booked to return later this year. Home from Home.

Amazing Appartment

One of the best appartments we have stayed in, close to the bars, beach and the old town. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the sun shone on the balcony all day. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our week at the property. The property is in a great location for access to the beach, restaurants/bars and shopping. Easy check-in process and well looked after by the property manager Dean. Couldn’t ask for much more!

A wonderful haven and surroundings

Evrything went so smoothly. Anything that we required or needed we only had to lift the phone to Dean the Manager of the property who provide advice etc. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The Balcony looked out to the sea front (beaufiful views). The pool area was well kept and we liked the way it was gated. All in all a fabulous Holiday and we would definitely recommend this apartment. Hopefully see you next year Dean and thanks for everything. From C6 Yvonne + John

First class apartment

Lovely light and airy apartment with modern, well finished decor. Well laid out with everything you would need. The apartment is convenient for all the bars and restaurants with only a short walk to the old town and across the road from the beach. The sea view from the large balcony is lovely. Despite the bars below we had no problem with noise. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Sehr gutes Apartment, sehr gute Lage

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Leider klappte die Zusendung der Codes vorab nicht, aber die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und nach kürzester Zeit waren wir bereits im Apartment. Die Lage hat sich als überragend gezeigt: man ist zwar mitten in der belebten Zone mit Restaurants, Straße und Strand, bekommt aber nichts Negatives mit: auf der Terrasse sieht und hört man lediglich den Ozean und die Papageien in den Palmen. Sowohl die gesamte Anlage als auch unser Apartment waren in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand, in dem Apartment vermissten wir nichts.
