  • El apartamento "Projekt MUli" se encuentra en un complejo manejable y bien mantenido, a tiro de piedra de la playa y aún muy tranquilo. Fue completamente destripado en 2010, rediseñado y le ofrece la comodidad más pura de acuerdo con los estándares alemanes.
    Aquí no faltará nada. Lo más destacado es la conexión a internet gratuita a través de WiFi.
    Además, la vista del Atlántico a Fuerteventura, lo que hará que sea difícil dejarlo. Pero el rediseñado camino de la playa y las playas a la vuelta de la esquina lo atraerán eventualmente.

    Todos los servicios, como supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías y un consultorio médico alemán están en las inmediaciones.

    La gran piscina comunitaria climatizada con energía solar lo invita a tomar el sol con su gran terraza, equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas.

    Una cancha de tenis privada también está disponible en la instalación claramente diseñada por una tarifa

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed and the beaches/restaurants/shops were in easy walking distance. Thanks for everything Manfred, we hope to visit again.

Superb Apartment

This apartment is a very comfortable pristine property with a lovely balcony and only 4 minute walk to the beach and shops. We had a brilliant week and enjoyed every minute. Our host Manfred was most helpful.

Apartment was fantastic with everything you need. Only thing was instructions for entering the complex wasn't clear and when we arrived the gate was locked thankfully after a short wait someone let us in.. Would recommend this apartment.

Manfred was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions. He was extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to access the property ok due to our late arrival caused by a flight delay, which was much appreciated.The apartment is in a very good location with lovely views from the balcony out to sea., short walk to supermarkets, beach,and also the strip with its bars and restaurants. Although close to the strip, the apartment was very quiet and we certainly were not disturbed by any noise.The apartment was spotless and comfortable and has everything you need for a good holiday.

Great Location

Property nice and clean, in a very good location near the main strip. Appartment has plenty of kitchen essentials, with a good washing machine and dishwasher. Big wardrobe in bedroom with a safe, and lots of hangers. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Good size balcony with a nice view of the sea. Swimming pool clean, plenty of sunbeds around, With a lifeguard to watch for those reserving sunbeds and leaving for long periods. We had a nice holiday here and would come back

Ideal position, near front. Property is on third floor so need to be able to climb steps. Although been modernised the apartment was tired but it still met our needs.

Lanzarote love 😍

Nette Wohnung, ruhig gelegen und mit Sittich-Besuch. Der Balkon ist zwar lang, könnte aber mehr Breite haben. Die Balkonstühle sind etwas wackelig, haben aber durchgehalten. Die Ausstattung ist mit ausreichend Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel scheinen etwas älter.

Ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo sehr genossen. Die Lage ist spitze! Trotzdem ist es ruhig und die Beschreibung stimmt absolut mit der Realität überein. Manfred ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Er antwortet binnen kurzer Zeit und macht auch ein späteres Auschecken - wenn möglich - noch kurzfristig machbar. Wir sagen vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Monika und Rüdiger

We booked the accomodation for literally the same day as we were already at the resort but our current reservation was unacceptable and booking.con were worst than useless and were unwilling to help. Manfred the host was very helpful and we moved to his property without issue…. We are so glad we did! La Penita is a lovely little complex with a large pool, brand new pool bar with lovely friendly staff who genuinely enjoy their work. There was some building works taking place at the time but the guys were incredibly discreet and quiet and you’d have to be paying attention to even know they were there. It’s very refreshing to see a complex engaged in what looks like a continual program of reinvestment and improvements, so much so that we are already planning to return in July… As for the accommodation, everything was as described, clean and comfortable, however take note that there is no air conditioning, so be prepared in the hotter months… One extra delight was hand feeding the very tame green parrots that fly around the area… your very own Loro show on the balcony..

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Ironman Lanzarote auf der Insel und haben uns das Appartement ausgesucht, um vor Ort zu sein und uns selbst verpflegen zu können. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dabei vollkommen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt: Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Pool zum Schwimmen/Trainieren, Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer, ruhige Anlage, sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt, Einkaufsmärkte direkt um die Ecke, kurze Wegstrecke zum Meer und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect!

Excellent apartment with absolutely everything you could want available in the apartment. Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. Lovely views from the balcony and a perfect and quiet location just a couple of minutes to the strip. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again if available for our dates and would definitely recommend.

Comminication with the property owner was 5. Check in was good. Directions given by the property owner was good, but providing a picture of the correct arrival gate would assist for future bookings. Property was clean, comfortable, welcoming and felt like home. All amenities were provided and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable.Balcony was a real treat. Lovely views of the pool area and the sea in the distance. Sunrise every morning with the added addition of feathered friends.The only real issue was the hot water in the shower. It didn't stay hot for very long. So quick showers it had to be. But that aside......I would stay here again in a heart beat. It is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. The only constuctive advice would be to consider creating a "user" manual for appliances and tv. We didn't struggle, but some people may (if they're not too technical).

Saubere Anlage, tolles Appartement

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dieser Anlage. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und hat eine top Ausstattung. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick einfach nur toll. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, insgasamt wird die Anlage sehr gut gepflegt. Liegen am Pool waren immer zubekommen. Die Lage ist 1A! Zum Strand ca. 5 min Fußweg. Einmal um die Ecke und man ist schon auf der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Läden. Ein Spar Markt und ein kleinerer Lebensmittelmarkt ist direkt neben der Anlage. Kosmetik, Fußpflege, Friseur, Nagelstudio auch nur um die Ecke. Ausserdem finde ich die Lage PdC optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und hatten auch das Glück immer in direkter Nähe einen Parkplatz zubekommen. Für uns ist klar- wenn Lanzarote, dann dieses Appartement! Damit nochmals ein Dankeschön an Manfred Göbel als Vermieter! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und prompt! 100% Weiterenpfehlung

So schön, schön war die Zeit

In dieser schnuckeligen Wohnung kann man sich wohlfühlen: die Betten sind gemütlich und es ist reichlich Schrankraum (mit Safe) vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig mit Tageslicht, sogar einen Vergrößerungsspiegel gibt es. Im Wohnzimmer lädt das große Sofa zum Chillen ein. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem sonnigen Balkon gefrühstückt und den Blick aufs Meer genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, zum Pool (den ich morgens noch für mich alleine hatte) nur eben die Treppe hinunter, zum kleinen Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Die Promenade mit den Geschäften und Restaurants ist auch nur ‚um die Ecke‘. Manfred ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der superschnell antwortet und bei Fragen sofort weiterhilft. :)

Schönes Appartement

Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Appartement verbracht. Obwohl es nahe am Geschehen ist, ist es doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Balkon mit dieser schönen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pool ist klasse. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und zeitnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Tolles Appartment!

Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, Sonne von morgens bis abends auf dem Balkon, der Meerblick ist superschön. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Dusche großzügig. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen an der Strandpromenade mit Geschäften, Restaurants u.ä. und dementsprechend auch am Meer :-) In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool mit Kinderabteil sowie eine Snackbar, Kinderspielplatz, Tennisplatz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Alles passend für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Tolle kleine Wohnung von freundlichen Vermietern

So stellt man sich Urlaub vor. Die süße Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und schnell per Email. WLAN war ausreichend schnell , sogar für Streamingfilme. Zwei kleine Supermärkte sind ca. 200m entfernt. Zur Strandpromrnade einfach eine kleine Treppe runtergehen. Pool wird täglich gereinigt, die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Manchmal kommen sogar Papageien vorbei. Ca. 10min von Flughafen entfernt, man hört aber keine Flugzeuge mehr (außer vielleicht mal abends). Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Nah am Geschehen, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach ein Traum. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Super Urlaub!

Sehr schöne, saubere, individuell eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute, zentrale Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Anlage eher schwierig (man muss mehrmals kreiseln, um einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden).
