Home from home 2 storey villa, with a private pool and close to all amenities.

  • It is a "home from home" Private villa with a heated in the Winter
    2 storey villa close to the main beach front. It has a private pool and sun terrace with a BBQ. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack and it is ideal for a family holiday. It is 5 minutes walk away from the main beach front where you can find bars, restaurants, cafes, night clubs etc. There is a golf course that is only a five minute drive away. It has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, iron and ironing board, kettle, microwave, toaster, , Internet TV with all channels , stereo and 3 internal bathrooms. Plus 1 outdoor bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. We have a travel cot and highchair if needed (must be booked in advance). There is a supermarket 2 mins walk away.

Would stay again!

Ideal location, very clean and tidy with a short walk down to the bars, restaurants, shops, something for everyone. The hosts made us feel very welcome and suited our relax style.

Fantastic Villa, great pool and perfect location

Property was spacious and clean and in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. Perfect Location

Lisa was a very friendly and wonderful host. The location was brilliant as it was very close to the sea front (about a 5-10 minute walk). Lovely sea views from the balcony and the pool was a welcome relief after a hot day out.

Stayed for a week with a small group of friends. Excellent location near the 'Strip' for restaurants and bars but villa is in a very quiet street and sleeping was not an issue. Excellent communications with Lisa our host

Summer holiday

We have just returned from 9 days holiday at this lovely villa. The whole stay was fabulous - the villa was clean and comfortable, location is perfect - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and main strip where all the bars and restaurants are, but very quiet. The pool was great and very welcome to cool off in. Contact with the owner, Lisa, was brilliant, check in and out process was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

10 Nights Amazing

We have stayed in the villa for the last 10 nights. Perfect location and the villa is very clean. The best part of are stay is the stress free experience. Great Location and fantastic hosts

The Villa is located close to all amenities but in a quiet road. The check in process was made incredibly easy by Daniel and Lisa and throughout our stay they were very helpful. The Villa itself was well appointed with three good size double rooms, powerful showers, reliable WiFi and a great TV package including all the sports channels you could ever want! The pool area was great to relax in and the pool itself was a good temperature for a refreshing dip! The accommodation enabled us to have a really good holiday and we would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Excellent stay in well located villa.

Firstly, many thanks to previous guests who left reviews of their experiences. They pointed me towards this rather lovely villa. A spacious sun trap for practically all of the day, both on the balcony and the spacious pool terrace, it was a great place to sit and relax with a glass of cold something. There was plenty of space indoors, too, with all the odds and ends needed for a home from home stay. Set in a quiet residential area, though within easy walking distance to the sea front, it was well located. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. There was no long lists of rules and regulations that you often see at these villas and apartments. Instead, the hosts trusted the guests to act like adults and treat the place as if their own. On the subject of hosts, many, many thanks must be directed to Lisa who did everything in her gift to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It certainly was.

Villa in Central Puerto del Carmem

Lovely villa located close to local amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach. Good space outside to lounge around the pool. Pool was fairly small, but big enough for a good dip and a little swimming. The villa had three good size bedrooms downstairs, with a lounge / dinning area and kitchen upstairs, and balcony to sit out either in the sun or shade. Three good size toilets / showers / bathrooms complement the bedroom (although would have preferred a door on the ensuite).We booked into the villa before the building work next door. These are probably the slowest builders I have ever seen in my life. Fortunately they were not using power tools, did not start too early (0800/0830) and usually finished by 3pm (some days earlier). I fear that this will be going on for some time, judging by their progress, but apart from some manual banging (hammers) they were pretty quiet Certainly no shouting, no music and always appeared respectful. The banging was periodic, and not overpowering.Our host, Lisa, could not have been more helpful. We were met by her husband and shown around the house. Some welcome items were left in the kitchen fridge for us. They dropped off tea-towels that had been missed, and were massively flexible on departure day allowing us to use the villa until we needed to leave to get our flight. Lisa took great care to warn us about the builders and was excellent in her communications. This level of customer service was 1st class - hence the score. Great value.

Just perfect!

The villa is in a quiet residential road, so no noisy traffic, but is only a short walk from the beach & bars and restaurants. There’s a supermarket just across the road which stocks all the essentials. The villa itself is beautiful. Plenty of room to laze in the sun with the added bonus of a lovely pool to cool off in. You can see the sea & the mountains from the upstairs balcony too. Linda & Dennis are the perfect hosts. They checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, and even booked a taxi to take me back to the airport. Thank you both for your much appreciated kindness. I will definitely be back.
