"Me and my wife booked here for our anniversary trip. And I must say, it was the right call. Location was good, it wasn’t too far away from the main strip of Niagara Falls Falls, (about 4 blocks away). So it was still in walking distance, which was nice. They have free parking at the property, which is nice, so you can keep your car there if you want to walk. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They always kept the rooms, nice and clean, and Rosanna was there to make us breakfast...

"Lobby should be dusted. Sitting with some friends and the automatic air freshener kept blowing in our area and was strong. Needed to move. Beds were comfortable but hotel was showing signs of wear and tear. "

I already bought a falls view room, but it seems that view had some interruptions as advised by check-in lady. I just think that this kind of hotels anticipate some additional charges for upgrade always. so keep that in mind, but you don’t need to upgrade if you don’t have to.
