"Great check-in, easy free parking, welcoming and efficient check-in staff. Great first impressions of hotel, modern and clean. Room was nice, modern, comfy, clean, but bathroom needed some TLC - broken toilet flush button, missing towel rail on wall and broken towel hanger in shower. Let the room down. Overall though a good hotel in a convenient location for Wiltshire."

"We were only staying one night while we were working in the area. The room was large, comfortable and clean. There is a bar which is OK (there are nice pubs a short drive away as well) and the breakfast was a standard hotel buffet but of good quality. There are some very large but very dopey and friendly dogs."

"Our first impression with the staff was unexpected! We’d just arrived to drop off our luggage and the gentleman at the front desk offered to take our luggage to the room as we were crunched for time. A cab was waiting to take us to Highclere. Our room was cozy, clean and exceptionally stocked with clean towels, tea kettle, delicious coffee and tea. Dinner was great, with plenty of beer and wine options. Breakfast was outstanding along with the cafe latte and flat white. If we ever travel to this...

"Only stayed one night, and they accommodated a very late check-in of 2:30am due to a delayed flight. When we woke up we were able to appreciate the gorgeous scenery. Rooms were clean and they provide coffee, tea and creamer in the room. "
