"With an arrival scheduled past midnight, and too late to pick up a rental car, we booked this property based on the close proximity to the airport and the 24/7 on demand shuttle service. Both were good. We did have to wait quite a while for the shuttle . . . but the delay was explained by a wonderfully friendly shuttle driver, explaining he was very low on gas and had to stop to fill up. In the morning, the staff cheerfully insisted on driving me across the street to the rental car...

"Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. "

"Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. "

"Very clean and modern.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Value was good for what we paid.. I'm only disappointed with the claim that this was a premium king bed "suite" that I chose. Go to Candlewood suites or Residence Inn and you'll find separate living, bed, and kitchen areas, regardless of size or walls. Kitchen amenities always include full refrigerator, cook stove, dishes and utensils. All we got here was a 20 inch wide slot in the wall with a tiny microwave and tiny refrigerator...

"I had everything i needed while i was staying. Breakfast was good. I was still close to all shopping and certain food places. I was still able to get to New Orleans within 15 minutes for all my late night fun. I loved it. "

"The facility was adequate. Needs updating for current technology. The TV was only connected to cable and had no capabilities for streaming. The phone had to be disconnected because of a message beep that could not be turned off. The phone was useless to contact the front desk or anything else. Physical accomodations were very clean and good. "
