We stayed for one night (with a toddler) and was a lovely stay. Good sized room, clean and friendly/helpful staff. Underground on site parking was good bonus, as was the proximity to the tram station to get into the city centre.

Musste 3x das Zimmer wechseln, erstes war "Baustelle", beim 2. funktionierte die Heizung nicht, beim dritten war der Duschkopf verschimmelt. Das Personal vor Ort war freundlich und sehr bemüht, sich um dieses Dinge zu kümmern. Auf meine Mail an die Hotelleitung dann im Anschluss bis heute keinerlei ...
