"We loved this place. It was quiet and close to downtown restaurants and not far from Hot Springs State Park. It was a good place to walk our dog. There were a few problems that can be quickly remedied: the back yard is full of stickers, the carpet is stained, and the front blind is broken. The place was otherwise very clean. "We arrived for a short getaway to spend some quality time with our oldest son now living in Wyoming state. We had the best time spending a warm Saturday afternoon floating the river from our private river access. Our hosts were so lovely & gracious and their dog “Sport” was the sweetest. Their property provided all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable & relaxed. Hope we have an opportunity in the future to be in the area and stay here again!"

"We were VERY impressed with the property, location, and accommodations. Everything was well organized, clean and functional. We were close to everything we wanted to see including hot springs, Hyde Out, and Rock Shop. That said, we attempted to contact property manager regarding the internet that wasn't working and the sewage backup during our stay and these issues were not resolved during our stay. Hopefully future residents will have better luck with the Evolve Property Management Team."

"Large house, nice property, plenty of bedrooms. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans. Nice seating area for eating. Would be easier to find with better signage. Also it was further from Yellowstone than we anticipated."

"The location was perfect for three fly fishing guides who had clients booked for the weekend. Mid-way between Wedding of the Waters for put-in and the State Park for take-out, we found ourselves in the middle of a blizzard the second day on the water. We were able to pull up to the bank of the rental and cut the trip short per client's request. JR went above and beyond and is such a nice guy. Will be staying here again for sure."
