"Parking was awsome... staff was super nice and friendly... did not like the fact that I have a service dog and the pet friendly rooms are the smoking rooms. I have a toddler and we dont smoke. The couch smelled like an ashtray , the curtains were super yellow and stained and the room smelled horrible. The base bored were messed up and the sink had a Crack in it, the shower rod was broken. I feel like since it's a smoking room the room is not well kept. But the staff is amazing!"

"When you check in make sure they have you accounted for your entire stay. My daughter had four nights stay with Expedia and Hampton only had her for three nights stay. Her card was charged for the four nights and had to convince the Hampton people she was right. They insisted she had to call Expedia about the matter. Not no but no way. They finally acknowledged that she was right. A customer should be given more acknowledgement up front and not have to completely keep explaining that they have...
