"There are not enough dishes or a dish towel to dry the 2 plates. If you used the coffee or tea provided (2), they didn’t replace them. The towels were not replaced daily as stated. We never ate breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Everything else was very good."

"We took a quick trip to busan and came right back to stay for the second time at Yul Hotel. Since the day we arrived into Seoul, we have had a great experience with staff. Received quick responses. The room we got after arriving back from Busan was two queen size beds in the same room. Again, the washer dryer combo is awesome to have when traveling. "It's a great option for groups because the in room laundry and kitchen gives you lots of options. I wish the property had a better explainer for using appliances, especially AC, and I wish they had more hooks especially in the bathroom to hang towels, washclothes, and toiletry kits. The beds were very firm, so as a fat American I struggled to sleep well without aches."
