"スタッフの方は、皆さん親切でした。 東大門のナイトショッピングに行くには、 歩いて少し遠いかなーと思いました。地下鉄の駅も近くは、ないのでバスを乗りこなせたら 便利な場所です。５階と６階の間の部屋だったのが、少し不便でした。部屋は、スーツケース２つは広げられませんでしたが、安く旅行するならまあ、許容範囲内かと思います。"

"今回足が悪い母との旅行でエレベーター近くの部屋をリクエストしたら1番近い部屋にしてもらました。 フロアごとに給水機、氷、レンジがあり便利でした。 近くにコンビニやコーヒー屋が数件ありますし、4号線や2号線の駅に5分くらいで行けて明洞までも20分くらいでいけました！部屋もとても広く清潔で、また利用したいと思います"

"It's a great option for groups because the in room laundry and kitchen gives you lots of options. I wish the property had a better explainer for using appliances, especially AC, and I wish they had more hooks especially in the bathroom to hang towels, washclothes, and toiletry kits. The beds were very firm, so as a fat American I struggled to sleep well without aches."

"韓国語がわからない私たちのためにフロントのスタッフさんがとても親身になってフォローしてくれました。 タクシーのピックアップや、タクシーがつかまらないときはバスでの行き方をプリントアウトして持たせてくれました！ 助かりました。 浴槽に少し髪の毛が残っていたのは少し気になりました。 ただ全体を通して良いホテルでしたのでまた東大門に行く際は予約したいと思います！"
