"What went well:
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. The room met expectations, and several staff members were friendly and helpful during our stay. Overall, the property itself was pleasant and provided a comfortable place to stay.
What could be improved:
Our experience with service was somewhat inconsistent. While some front desk staff were welcoming, others seemed less engaged. The biggest challenge was the airport shuttle on checkout day. We had shared...

"Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there. "
