"I love this hotel, this is my third stay, first time with the family. The hotel overall is gorgeous in beautiful surroundings. "Muy conveniente para dirigirse a la estacion de tren de Reading. Desayuno ingles completo y bueno. Habitacion amplia y comoda, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que era para una persona sola. WiFi buena. Limpieza mejorable. La pega es que a partir de las 3 de la tarde no hay nadie. Es cierto que hay numeros de telefono y responden cuando se les llama, pero prefiero una atencion mas personalizada. La entrada y pasillos, en general, un poco "cutres"."

"The Hotel is in a lovely location, right next to the River Thames. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Room was lovely and clean with a great view of the River We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good. If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival. I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time."
