The property was immaculate and we really appreciated the attention to detail - from providing laundry detergent, to the basket of waters and snacks. "The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."

"This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed."

"It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would...

"Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. "

"The hotel is very filthy. There’s no emphasis on even keeping the main areas clean. My room was so dirty that I had to be moved to a different room once the hotel was no longer sold out. My friend wasn’t able get a clean comforter for her bed therefore she had no bedsheets to sleep over a three day stay. Our toilet paper rack was hanging off the wall. "This hotel is in the perfect location for all the activities you want to enjoy. With the Trolley, and Court St. Park at your front door, and Tom Lee Park to the rear, you won't need a car. Beale Street is on the Trolley line, as is the Orpheus Theater. Well worth checking out if you love convenience. Five Stars."
