"The room provided was different from what I had booked; the front desk informed me that the room type I reserved was sold out. It was already nearly midnight, so they gave me three options: 1. Have the booking platform cancel the order; 2. Go to another hotel located half an hour away; or 3. Accept a smaller room at the same price. Since I was traveling with a child, I had no choice but to accept the smaller room."

"Hotel room smelled absolutely awful: very musty, moldy. There were black marks on the ceiling. I was not willing to stay there due to possible health concerns I might encounter. Also, the elevator and WiFi were not working. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We stayed here one night. It is about 2 minutes from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful with a great suggestion for dinner. The room was a nice size and very clean. The breakfast, however, was amazing and very delicious. They had so many choices, so it got our day off to a great start. The coffee....each cup is ground just for you. Delicious! I would highly recommend!"
