"If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all.
