"We had a wonderful stay at the Kennedy School. It was so quiet and like a little oasis in the city. It was nice to eat and drink right on the property. Conveniently close to the airport. We also loved on unique the room and all the bars were."

"Very comfortable stay The room was clean and has AC/Heater As well as a refrigerator and microwave Bed was clean and comfortable Only downside is no hair dryer and I didnt bring my own. But other than that worth the money ."

"I’m going to assume it was glaringly obvious and I just overlooked it in my haste to book this trip last-minute, but I was unaware this was not a hotel until I showed up at midnight and had to go through the additional check-in steps. Luckily I had all the resources available to complete the check-in, but had I been without cell reception/charge, I would’ve had nowhere to sleep. I did think I had selected “hotels” as part of my search, but again, am giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe...

"Bed is up in loft and there’s not much space to sit up or move around. Great location and there was convenient street parking right out front."

"If you can find somewhere else to stay while you’re in Portland, do it. We arrived to an unbearably hot room, all the blinds up, air conditioner broken. Communication with property management was a nightmare and completely unhelpful. Maintenance wasn’t able to come till the next day; they claimed they came into our room and saw that the air conditioner worked properly, but there was no evidence they entered our room at all. The AC remained broken, so we were without it the entirety of our trip...

"The hotel was interesting, very eclectic with a variety of options on site and bikes outside to rent. The food was good, the theater just had loveseat and recliners, fun but not sure how clean"

"Late checkout"

"The receptionist front desk Damascus was great and very helpful make the check in easy and offer all the amenities the location have to offer."

"Lobby coffee would be really great. The Powder creamer in the room is just gross. So if nothing else, use liquid creamer in the room if lobby coffee isn’t an option. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay! Staff is top notch!"
