"A very last minute stay after being let down by another property. The reception staff went above and beyond. Room was clean and had the most comfortable bed I've experienced in a hotel. We didnt have time to use the pool etc but did dine in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Food was lovely with gluten free options. Would definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay, has a excellent Italian restaurant. Location is perfect if West Bromwich is your main travel location, it's quite a distance from Birmingham city center. "

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "
