"Had a fantastic stay in Birmingham at the Holiday inn express. We were visiting as a family of 3 to go to Warwick Castle, Sea Life, cadburys world and a few meals out in the city centre.
Anyways the Hotel was fantastic, massive shout out to Elsa (on the bar) Shadara (so sorry if I’ve misspelt your name) and Uma at breakfast.
These 3 are complete superstars. From great service upstairs at the bar reception really nice with my little girl, and the same at breakfast.
Will come back again due to...
