Tuin van Keet - 38 is a cabin for 4 in Oud Ade. You have a terrace to sit outside. You sleep in two bedrooms, one a master with a double bed, plenty of storage and a lovely view over the water. There’s also a second bedroom and a bathroom. Outside you can park your bike by the tiny house. Children’s facilities like a high chair, cot and stair gate are not available.



The Space:

Inside, the cabin feels calm and warm, matching the waterside setting of Oud Ade.



You sleep in a master bedroom with a double bed and wide views over the water, so you start the day with a quiet look outside. There’s plenty of storage to keep your things organised, so the room feels uncluttered and you can settle in right away. Next to the master is a second bedroom, handy if you’re with more people or prefer to sleep separately.



The home has one bathroom, practical for your daily routines and to freshen up quickly after a day outside.



Outside, end your day on the terrace, an easy spot for a quiet moment in the morning or evening.



Guest Access:

At Tuin van Keet - 38 you park at the back of the park in the space with the same number as your cabin. There are visitor parking spots at the back by the woods. The spaces directly by the homes are for loading and unloading only. Store bikes outside by the tiny house. Pets are not allowed. You’ll find all details for directions, access and the key safe in your Boarding Pass.



The Neighborhood:

You’re staying in Oud Ade in Zuid-Holland, within the municipality of Braassem. This is your base for a few days in the region, with towns and cities nearby for daily groceries, a coffee or dinner. Plan your days your way and head back to the home, where the terrace is a pleasant place to wind down.



Other Things to Note:

Take the ferry in Buitenkaag to Kaageiland and grab a table at Restaurant Tante Kee on Julianalaan. You’re right on the water, so take your time and stroll along the quay afterwards for views over the Kagerplassen. Booking ahead is wise on sunny days.



Rent a boat at Olympia Charters in Warmond and cruise a loop via 't Joppe and the Zijl towards Leiden. Moor en route for a break on recreation island Koudenhoorn; bring a picnic blanket and you’ve got a relaxed afternoon on the grass.



Plan an afternoon in Leiden. See the history of science at Rijksmuseum Boerhaave or walk through the Hortus botanicus, and finish with a drink at Lot & de Walvis by the Haven. If you’re here in early October, 3 October is Leidens Ontzet with fairground rides, music and herring with white bread.
