しかし、それよりもスタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーで、私達の母国語の日本語で話しかけてくれたり、いつも笑顔で優しい雰囲気で対応してくださいました。
ホスピタリティーという言葉がフォーカスされている現在ですが、本当のおもてなしや顧客に対する心遣いと言うものができているところはそんなに多くありません。
世界中のトップオブホテルと言われているホテルのスタッフは是非ここを訪れて欲しいです。
きっと、ここのスタッフから多くの大切なことを学べると思います。
