"Arrived at midnight and were notified that we don't have a room and hotel overbooked. And this is with two months ahead of a time reservation and the same day phone call to confirm. Was redirected to sister hotel 4 blocks up the very sketchy street, and didn't ofer transportation. We had to walk at 12:30 through Loud night clubs, drunks and stoners. Second hotel was nice, but also didn't offer anything for trouble. Extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend that chain."

"To check in a little early to a run down motel was an extra $15 when it should just be for free. The room was located near the front of the streets so the fan and tv were on to block out all noises. They really need to do some light upkeep on the room’s chipped paint walls. The ac unit didn’t blast out cold ac."

"The front desk staff was very unprofessional in the way they responded to our questions. It felt as though they did not care, rather than taking the time to explain why things were the way they were. We were assigned a handicap-accessible bathroom, but no one informed us. We simply assumed that was how all the bathrooms were designed. It wasn’t until we checked out that we found out it was an accessible room. I would recommend providing additional customer service training to the front desk...

"I've stayed at the property before. This time I had a larger room with a better view. My stay was extended and I was appreciative I could stay in the same room. The breakfast is a great part of the mornings here. It is a full hot breakfast with a variety of choices. The location is central to where I could meet up with relatives and enjoy the sites. The only caveat is my room was near the staircase and for some reason the cleaning staff used my floor and that nearby staircase constantly. So...
