"Property was extremely nicely laid out and had plenty of room. Good bathroom and owner was easy to communicate with. Only major downside was there was not a lot of airflow and the apartment was very stuffy. "

"I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

"Really good location right in the centre, lovely warm room and good shower, three separate beds so great for families with older children. Shower could have been more powerful and the communal access to all room keys felt a bit off putting. Lovely staff and nice and clean. "

"Incredible hotel! Immaculately presented, finished to the highest spec and every detail has been thought about! Perfect location if you want to explore Lancaster. Even though it’s in the centre of the town, on a busy Saturday night there was no noise! Amazing place, will definitely stay again. "

"We had a comfortable stay. The room had the amenities we required and the host was super friendly and helpful. The choice at breaksfast was fairly limited but we were fine. On the surface the room was clean but there were quite a few cobwebs around the bedside tables which we noticed when we plugged in our devices. "

"Only one key to the whole building, got woken up at 11pm because another guest was locked outside and was banging on the door. Asked for fresh towels and never got a response from the owner. Kitchen had a bad smell coming from the fridges and the tv in my room was broken."

"Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and had Everything you needed incuding tea, coffee, biscuits. Towels were provided and also hand wash and moisturiser. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order as was the evening meals that we had and again they were delicious. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. This is our fifth time we have visited and it is always so good. Cant wait to go again."
